What community resources are available for those facing smuggling charges? There are plenty of resources around that can assist people to learn smuggling after they have been accused of providing smuggled goods to the EU or an American foreign prince. As we discuss in Part Five, we want to open a partnership between the European Parliament and the European Commission to enhance legal cooperation among the EU’s member-government for issues pertaining to smuggling law in the EU. Based on our experience, the community is currently seeking to create a way to encourage those concerned about smuggling to also take legal and information services to aid those in need in the world. The other thing to take up after a smuggler’s arrest is the possibility of carrying any sort of essential force protection for the whole party. There are several groups who would like to develop such systems. Our focus is on taking up the most sophisticated approaches in government and business, the benefits that such integration could bring and the risks associated with it. Our organization is already working closely with the international criminal community to introduce such systems. What we will do next is see if it has found a suitable solution. Regarding data collection The inclusion of data on people smuggling cases can be seen as a viable option, particularly for small scale instances, since some services such as drug enforcement often have a very simple command and control mechanism. The European Commission used to have to do virtually nothing about that. However, even with some software tools, that was the requirement for some people. In the EU, there are many services for collection, data mining, and so on. Among them is the Europol, which undertakes a development role for collecting data for security as well. The main functions are collecting data and extracting data, under specific circumstances of which its origin or identity is often unknown. There are a number of other services in use such as weavers, crime agencies, public prosecutions, court, scientific information centers, law firm, and so on for such purposes. Considering the huge need for such high standards, we have designed a solution to the collection needs around doing so to the needs of people smuggling under threat but not being arrested. Communication and communications There are still ways to make the most of the community capabilities and services around the way to handling smuggling charges. We have also outlined some communications procedures allowing us to reduce workload (where we are currently focused on) and provide data packages. However, we would like to raise awareness not only about reducing workload but also on the different aspects of the information package and on how to sort the data into separate components. We recommend the management of data packages like the EHTA for collecting collected information to reduce the workload by concentrating on the prevention of data collection on the smallest details required.
